The KeepRite®  G97 Variable-Speed Modulating Gas Furnace featuring the Observer™ communicating system is designed for larger homes where duct zoning may be incorporated into the duct system.
Teamed with the Observer communicating wall control and the appropriate air conditioner or heat pump and indoor coil, the G97 functions as part of a complete communicating home comfort system. Various components of the system “talk” to each other electronically, fine-tuning comfort levels while maximizing energy savings with wifi capabilities.

The KeepRite® G96 Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace is our #1 top selling model as it is quiet, efficient, and priced right offering a considerable reduction in electricity consumption to run the fan, for heating and cooling cycles, as compared to traditional Direct Drive Split Cap Motors. The ECM capability helps us to fine-tune the fan speed for optimum comfort in the winter and efficient dehumidification during the summer. The ‘Observer’ wifi control is optional.

ECM Variable Fan / 2 Stage Communicating Furnace

The KeepRite® G96CTN Variable-Speed Two-Stage Gas Furnace is similar G96 but utilizes a commucating thermostats for optimal efficiency. It is quiet, efficient, and priced right offering a considerable reduction in electricity consumption to run the fan, for heating and cooling cycles, as compared to traditional Direct Drive Split Cap Motors. The ECM capability helps us to fine-tune the fan speed for optimum comfort in the winter and efficient dehumidification during the summer. The ‘Observer’ comminicating wifi control is mandatory for this model.
